YUJIN SMRC Automotive Techno (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly handle related grievances.


1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
    The Company processes personal information for the following purposes:
     · Receiving and responding to online inquiries
     · Conducting recruitment procedures for job applicants and notifying results


2. Categories of Personal Information Processed
    (1) Online Inquiries
          · Name, Contact information, Email address, Company name, Inquiry details
    (2) Job Applications
          · Name, Email address, Resume and all recruitment-related information submitted by the applicant


3. Retention and Processing Period of Personal Information
    The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and usage period prescribed by applicable laws or 
    within the period agreed upon by the data subject at the time of collection.
    (1) Online Inquiries
          · Until the inquiry has been fully processed
    (2) Job Application Information
          · Until the completion of the recruitment process


4. Destruction of Personal Information
    The Company will promptly destroy personal information once the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing 
    has been achieved.
         · Electronic files: Permanently deleted in a manner that prevents recovery
         · Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated


5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
     The Company may outsource personal information processing tasks for the operation and maintenance of its website.
     In such cases, the Company specifies necessary matters in contracts pursuant to Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection 
     Act and supervises and manages the entrusted parties accordingly.


6. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
     In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company implements necessary measures to 
     ensure the security of personal information, including
         · Establishment and implementation of internal management plans
         · The Company establishes and implements internal management plans to ensure the safe handling of personal information.
     Access control
     The Company takes necessary measures to control access to personal information by granting, modifying, and revoking access 
     rights to database systems that process personal information. 
     An intrusion prevention system is also used to prevent unauthorized external access.


7. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Methods of Exercise
    Data subjects may exercise the following rights with respect to the Company. Such rights may be exercised in writing or via email
        · Request access to personal information
        · Request correction or deletion of personal information
        · Request suspension of processing of personal information


8. Personal Information Protection Officer
    The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer to oversee personal information processing and to handle 
    complaints and remedy damages related to personal information processing.
    · The Company is responsible for overall personal information processing and has designated a Personal Information 
      Protection Officer to handle complaints and remedy damages from data subjects.
    · Data subjects may contact the Personal Information Protection Officer or the responsible department regarding all matters 
      related to personal information protection, complaints, or remedies arising while using the Company’s services (or business).
    · The Company will respond and process inquiries from data subjects without delay.

    Data subjects may contact the following institutions for relief in case of personal information infringement:

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
      This Privacy Policy shall take effect on November 27, 2025.
