Establishing an ESG-Based Organizational Culture through the ALL-CEO Initiative
For approximately 20 years, the company has continuously operated the ALL-CEO initiative,
fostering an organizational culture in which all employees take initiative and act responsibly in their respective roles.
The ALL-CEO initiative encourages every employee—regardless of position or title—to recognize themselves as a “CEO”
and to actively contribute to achieving the company’s goals and values.
Rather than repeating a single campaign, the ALL-CEO initiative is characterized by the establishment and implementation of
a new annual core campaign each fiscal year (FY), reflecting the company’s evolving business environment and strategic direction.
Through this approach, we have consistently embedded the values of environmental stewardship, social responsibility,
and sound governance into our organizational culture, even amid changing business conditions.
FY2026 ALL-CEO Initiative: GROWN Campaign
For FY2026, the GROWN Campaign has been selected as the annual theme of the ALL-CEO initiative to further systematize and
expand ESG management practices across the organization. The GROWN Campaign is an action-oriented framework that translates
the core values of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) into concrete practices.
