Yujin SMRC A. T. 2025 Management Workshop Conducted
The “Yujin SMRC A.T. 2025 Management Workshop,” held over two days from November 14 to 15, 2025, was successfully concluded with the active participation of executives and employees.

1. President’s Remarks — Chief Executive Officer
In the rapidly changing automotive industry environment, the CEO presented a new vision for Yujin SMRC A.T. to take a further leap forward and outlined strategies to accomplish the company’s mission beyond the limitations of available resources.
He also emphasized that all executives and employees must move toward the same goal in order to achieve the company’s phased future business strategies, including Organic Growth, Organic + Inorganic Growth, and the exploration of new business opportunities.
2. Changes in the Automotive Market and the Company’s Strategic Direction — Future Business Strategy Office
Global trends and key drivers of change in the automotive market were introduced. The session reviewed major industry shifts such as electrification, autonomous driving, and smart mobility.
In addition, Yujin SMRC A.T.’s future business strategy direction in response to these market changes was presented.
3. Corporate Website Renewal Plan — IT Team
The IT Team shared the plan for the ongoing renewal of the company’s official website.
Key updates aimed at strengthening brand image, improving information accessibility, and enhancing user experience were introduced.
4. Mid- to Long-Term Business Plan — Planning & Finance Division
The Planning & Finance Division presented the company’s mid- to long-term business plan.
Key strategies to secure business stability and identify new growth drivers were systematically outlined.
5. Presentation of Key Improvement Initiatives — Division Heads
Each Division Head shared key improvement initiatives including workflow efficiency, quality improvement, and collaboration enhancement.
6. Vision Declaration Ceremony — All Employees
During this meaningful session, the company shared its new vision and mission reflecting its long-term direction, and all members reaffirmed their commitment to moving forward together toward the same goals.
