Practicing Global Sharing through Employee-Participatory Social Contribution Activities

As part of our ESG management efforts, we continuously participate in social contribution programs organized by global charitable organizations to 

create social value on a global scale. This initiative was launched to enable both the company and its employees to practice responsible giving by 

providing holistic support for vulnerable children.

We participate in the global charity’s 1&1 DREAM PARTNER PROGRAM, through which both employees and the company jointly 

share the sponsorship costs to support one child over the long term. Through this program, 

we provide sustainable assistance covering education, healthcare, and overall living support.

The program is operated based on voluntary employee participation, with stable monthly contributions made through payroll 

deductions alongside regular corporate donations. In addition to direct sponsorship, 

we further support the sustainability of the charitable organization by purchasing its annual publications and calendars each year, 

there by contributing to the continuity and stability of its social contribution activities.
